Available Positions: Sales and Commercial Leasing Agent
LIT Property Services is looking for an individual that has a positive, goal oriented attitude and desire to work with a small firm that
has unlimited entrepreneurial ambitions. You must love to have fun and at the same time, perform and represent yourself as a professional. You must desire to educate yourself about all aspects of commercial investment property and leasing.
You must also be willing to dedicate yourself to understanding the underlying principles such as the construction, contracts, business and finance of commercial real estate. You must be self motivated and passionate about commercial real estate.
Responsibilities
You will facilitate the leasing, selling and buying of commercial real estate. Several aspects of your professional and sales skills will include successfully negotiating contracts, administering escrows, tenant improvements, relocations and expansions and providing recommendations for
clients.
You must be willing to drive at least an hour away (not for all properties, but when required). You must be able to keep track of your time and showing schedule and be available by phone and email at all times.
The desire to improve your education is a must. You must be willing to research economic market fundamentals such as vacancy rates, rental rates, absorption, and other economic indicators. Ultimately, you must be completely knowledgeable about your property and the area it is located in. You will also be encouraged to attend seminars when available.
