Jessy attended Kennesaw State University and studied Business Management from 2000 to 2006. She began her career as a leasing agent for National Realty Management in 2002 and was rapidly promoted through the ranks to Property Manager within two years, receiving many awards for property performance for both her and her teams.
Over the next five years, she worked for two large management companies as a Senior Property Manager and Team Trainer. She has a successful track record managing assets of all classes, repositionings, REO, bond, HUD, lease up and market rate. In 2010, she began working for LIT Property Services. Within six months, she was promoted to Regional Property Manager and then again a year later to Chief Operating Officer. In 2013, Jessy became a licensed sales agent and subsequently began assisting in Business Development for LIT Property Services.
In January 2017, Jessy began running all day to day operations for LIT Property Services. She also assists the partners with new acquisitions and business development. Jessy is married to her husband Kenneth and has two beautiful sons Dane and Mason, and attends His Hands Church.

Jay graduated from Florida State University in April 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the College of Business. He joined the Atlanta office of Marcus & Millichap in 1996. In his 3rd year with the firm, he was the top producing agent in Atlanta and received numerous other sales recognition rewards. He was named a Director of the National Multi Housing Group for Marcus & Millichap in 2001, promoted to Senior Investment Associate in 2002 and became a Vice President of Investments in 2007.
Early in his brokerage career, Jay recognized his clients had investment property issues and in 1997 he established Livingintown, a boutique Atlanta management company to serve these needs.
In 2009, Jay left Marcus & Millichap to focus on the expansion and rebranding of Livingintown into LIT Property Services. In the last 6-years, LIT Property Services revenues increased over 200% during a period when most real estate companies were contracting. Partners handle the day to day operations, while Jay remains an active broker of transactions in Georgia thru LIT Property Services. He also has investment holdings in this market where he maintains an active role.
As an experienced commercial property broker, Jay has closed over 300+ transactions, totaling over 350 million dollars. Jay maximizes his client’s results by drawing on his diversified background that also includes property management and investment property ownership. This experience gives him an unmatched level of transactional expertise and direct knowledge of the issues facing the principals in every transaction. Jay is a complete commercial property expert capable of advising his clients not only on a successful transaction, but any issue related to an investment property.
