In the last 6-years, LIT Property Services revenues increased over 200% during a period when most real estate companies were contracting. Partners handle the day to day operations, while Jay remains an active broker of transactions in Georgia thru LIT Property Services. He also has investment holdings in this market where he maintains an active role.
